Now i'm gonna show you how to unlock HUAWEI E303 dongle permanently. Using its firmware. This is a nice trick for it. you can follow my steps easily. Do you know this is the easiest way to do this. 1. Go to here and give your IMEI number. You can see your details like below screen shot.
2. Remember Flash code as your password.
3. Now you must download your firmware. I uploaded it to medafire. Download this and
save it to your hard disk.
4. Unzip the file.
5. Make sure dongle is connected and it has been installed with the correct sim card inside
it.
6. Quiet the dashboard if its open and run the update file. Wait for the when it asked for
your password.
7. Now enter your flash code as your password.
8. Wait for about 3 min and your modem will be unlocked permanently.
9. Try do this step by step.
